A Personal Journey
This course is intended to be a personal journey not just education. I cannot teach you the best way for you to transform your stress. However, I can show you some tools and if I'm doing my job correctly, inspire you to find your way and help you connect with your best self.
I will teach a bit about the physiology of stress before the journey really begins. From there, we will launch into tools and techniques for calming yourself when stress is especially heightened in the "Restore" module. This will require some introspection and trying new things. Next, we will learn about balancing our nervous system through daily practices and self care in "Balance." Through those techniques, you will learn to create a foundation which is resilient when life throws you curve balls. And lastly, and the heart of it all, is "Create" where you will learn about getting in tune with the best version of yourself. In this section, we will focus on skills to understand your strengths and utilize them everyday to create the life you have always dreamed of.
